Ordering & Minimums
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No minimums here! We're happy to print or embroider any quantity you
need. Just keep in mind that lower quantities mean higher per-piece
pricing, since bulk orders unlock better volume discounts.
How do I request a custom quote or start an order?
Click 'Get Custom Quote' on our site, or call/text 208-994-5437. Tell
us what items you need, roughly how many, and send your logo or design
idea. We'll send an itemized quote and digital mockups within 24
hours.
Can I bring my own apparel items for printing or embroidery?
Yes! We source thousands of wholesale blanks from top brands at
discounted prices, but if you have specific specialty apparel or
customer-provided items, let us know and we'll see if they qualify for
customer-supplied decoration.
Turnaround & Delivery
What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard production turnaround is 2 weeks (14 business days) after
artwork proof approval and payment. Rush options are often available
for urgent events.
Where are you located and do you deliver or ship?
We are based in Boise, Idaho (83714) and serve businesses, schools,
and teams across the Treasure Valley, including Meridian, Nampa,
Eagle, Caldwell, Kuna, and Star. We offer local pickup or delivery for
Treasure Valley clients and ship all over Idaho and nationwide.
Design Help
Do you offer design help?
Yes. Our $75 design service includes 3 initial concepts and up to 3
revision rounds on the concept you choose. Additional revision rounds
are $25 each. Initial concepts usually take about 5 business days.
What's the difference between screen printing, embroidery, and DTF?
Screen printing is the most cost-effective choice for larger orders
with a few ink colors. Embroidery stitches your logo for a premium
look on polos, jackets, and hats. DTF printing handles full-color and
detailed designs and works well for smaller runs. No minimums required
on any method.
Can you set up an online team store?
Yes. We build online team stores for schools, clubs, and businesses so
each person can order and pay individually, then we produce and
deliver the order in one batch.
